When Worlds Collide

It's sure nice when elected officials spend their downtime helping their young (and nubile) constituents appreciate the best that life has to offer. With a hearty H/T to TMZ, we are free to bear witness to Sen. John Kerry's labors on behalf of the youth of America.

In all seriousness, how is it that a U.S. Senator (and a former presidential candidate) has either the opportunity or inclination to be cavorting with a group of girls who appear to be younger than his own daughters? Isn't there a war to lose in Iraq or an offshore drilling project to be obstructed?

And what are we to say about the judgment of a married man who would be seen with a group that included a young woman drinking with a penis straw?
